Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful is partnering with Comcast for this event, so you will need to fill out the participation form for both Keep PBC Beautiful and Comcast.

The first link is to the Comcast form, and if you DO NOT work for Comcast, then you only fill out the parts highlighted in yellow.

The second link is to the Keep PBC Beautiful liability waiver.
